Hydra XLS Line Hydraulic Oils are premium antiwear hydraulic oils specifically designed for use in areas sensitive to leaks and/or incidental discharge to the environment. Hydra XLS Oils are made from severely hydrotreated base stocks and combined with full synthetic base oils as an additive system that provides superior oxidation stability, water demulsibility, foam suppression and protection against wear, rust and corrosion for higher performance capabilities. This product is also ashless (zinc-free) for environmentally sensitive areas, readily biodegradable, eco-friendly. Hydra meets the performance requirements of traditional antiwear hydraulic oils, particularly in severe, high output applications such as axial piston pumps. Hydra XLS Line Hydraulic Oils have a dielectric strength of 35k V. The ASTM D877 test is the method for determining dielectric strength,thus making it non-conductive.

Applications

Hydra XLS Line Oils designed to use in mobile and stationary hydraulic vane, piston, and gear type pumps that are situated in environmentally sensitive areas. They are particularly suited to high performance industrial applications which utilize axial piston pumps and pressures may exceed 10,000 psi.
